Delivery and assembly Information
ALL DELIVERIES ARE TO THE ADDRESS GROUND FLOOR FRONT DOOR. WE RECOMMEND AT LEAST ONE ADULT, PREFERABLY TWO, BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE TABLE. IT REQUIRES AT LEAST TWO ADULTS TO LIFT AND MOVE THE PACKAGED TABLE – SOMETIMES MORE.

How heavy are they.?
Packaged weights of the various tables are from 57kg – 140kg. The exception is the Park Pro table which is 282kg.
Who brings the table?
Most tables will be delivered by a freight company because the packaged tables are too large for most couriers. Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am – 4pm. A signature is required for delivery, although you may choose to give us an “Authority to Leave”. In this case, once delivered, the responsibility for the security of the table is yours. If you have any special delivery instructions, please advise us as you place your order – this may incur an additional charge.
When will I get the table?
In Auckland, deliveries will be by appointment between 10am-3pm Monday to Friday. Outside of Auckland you will need to liaise with the nominated freight company. We will advise you of the details of the company to allow you to make delivery arrangements with them.
What if I want to pick up the table?
Pick up can be arranged by appointment between 10am – 3 pm Monday to Friday. Once you uplift the table from us you are responsible for its safe transport. You will need a trailer with high sides or a van where you can transport the packaged table standing up. You will need rope to secure it safely it in the standing up position.
Who do I email if I want more information?
Assembly of the table.
The tables come with detailed instructions, and there are also assembly videos on our website. If you prefer an expert to put it together, we have contracted the company Kitset Assembly Services to be available to assemble the table for you if you wish. They have franchisees throughout New Zealand.
The charge is $250.00 including GST. In some areas there may be an additional mileage charge.
They will send two technicians to assemble the table and remove all the rubbish.
The $250.00 charge applies to addresses within 20km of the following list of cities. Auckland – includes Wellsford to Pokeno; Hamilton; Tauranga; Papamoa; Taupo; Rotorua; New Plymouth; Wanganui; Palmerston North; Hawkes Bay; Wellington; Nelson; Christchurch; Ashburton; Timaru; Dunedin.
Other addresses would be by consultation with Kitset Assembly Services.
